Our human resource professionals add value to businesses through the better motivation, deployment, and management of your people.

We employ behavioural coaching methodologies that enhance how the human capital within the business can enhance the core culture and revenue aspirations of the organisation. Our people development programs are designed using a combination of sales management techniques and DISC psychometric assessments.

We do this through both team building workshops and one on one coaching.

Below is an example of one of our workshops which is driven to encourage, Self awesomeness, team harmony and stronger staff engagement.

 

"Knowing me knowing you"

Often businesses use psychometric tools as part of their recruitment process. Unfortunately the information garnered during this process is very rarely applied following the commencement of an employee. A shame as the learning from this information is incredibly powerful, both from the perspective of the manager and also the employee.

In an effort to add additional value to our clients and stability to their working relationships we have a workshop aimed at highlighting the reality that each of us has a particular behavioral style and that understanding our own style and the style of others is a significant advantage!! The framework that I use is based on Advanced DISC methodologies.:

 

The 5 hour work shop will cover the following:

 

Part 1:-

  1. Developing an understanding of the different individual behavioral styles
  2. Identifying my own style – Individual Assessment Report The DISC ADVANCED® Profile has proven to be a very clear way of describing and analyzing an individual’s natural reaction mode to stimuli in the environment. The theory does not have any good/bad categories, making it a behavioural inventory, not a test that one can pass or fail. The profile will also show how far away the individual is tracking out side of their natural style which can create a very powerful framework for performance conversations.
  3. Understanding other’s styles and how they interrelate with mine
  4. How to identify the behavioural styles of other individuals
  5. Improved communication and understanding
  6. Developing practical action plans to modify our styles appropriately
  7. In depth look at current team dynamic
  8. Pairs – Selecting a partner and work shopping individual modes and influences.
